The Role

As an Offering Manager, you\’ll lead the development and launch of innovative offerings, shaping our portfolio strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring market success. You\’ll influence global strategy, define value propositions, and refine solutions based on customer feedback. Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Offering Leader in developing and executing offering strategies aligned with Kyndryl\’s goals.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for business development and sales pursuits.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication materials.
  • Monitor project KPIs and collaborate with teams for seamless execution.
  • Contribute to improving project management practices and share knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years in Project Management or related roles, preferably in professional or tech services.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
