The Role
We are seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to support the development and execution of our global benefits strategy in the EMEA Region . You will design and manage comprehensive benefits programs including health plans, risk plans, cars, time off, leaves, meal vouchers, allowances, and more. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company values.
You will serve as a trusted advisor on Benefits Design, managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams, and influencing decision-makers. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating data to optimize program performance and ensure compliance. You must communicate effectively across all organizational levels, translating complex content into accessible information.
The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and prioritization. You will manage competing demands and respond to urgent needs while maintaining strategic focus on company objectives and employee experience.
Who You Are
+5 years of experience in HR/Benefits/Insurance
Skilled in design thinking, project management, stakeholder relationship management, and data analysis. Fluent in English, with a good understanding of the Benefits landscape and HR systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience with car and mobility benefits, time-off policies, and Workday systems.
