Join our dynamic AWS Business Unit team as an AWS Alliance Director and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market organisation. Kyndryl is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional who takes clear ownership for driving pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption through the AWS partnership.
As AWS Alliance Director, you will lead the strategic execution of Kyndryl's AWS partnership to accelerate business growth, customer adoption and market impact. Operating at the intersection of sales, consulting, delivery and AWS, you will translate business unit priorities into joint growth initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across pipeline, signings and revenue.
You will build trusted executive relationships across AWS and Kyndryl, orchestrating joint go-to-market execution, co-selling, partner investment and solution innovation. Working closely with Customer Partners, Consult Partners and technical leaders, you will embed AWS into account strategies, shape strategic opportunities and maximise the commercial value of the alliance.
Success in this role is defined by disciplined execution, commercial impact and the ability to translate strategic partnerships into sustained business growth. You will champion collaboration across the AWS ecosystem, maximise the value of partner programmes and investments, and accelerate customer adoption of cloud, modernisation and AI solutions. Through deep expertise in AWS and Kyndryl's portfolio, you will influence customers and stakeholders, while building the skills and certifications required to strengthen capability, accelerate delivery and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic execution of the AWS alliance, translating business unit priorities into measurable growth outcomes.
- Build and manage senior relationships across AWS, fostering executive alignment and serving as the primary interface for strategic collaboration and escalation.
- Develop and execute the annual joint business plan, ensuring delivery against agreed revenue, pipeline, investment and performance commitments.
- Own governance, reporting and forecasting for AWS signings, revenue, pipeline and key performance metrics, driving execution discipline and transparency.
- Accelerate joint go-to-market success through co-selling, account planning, demand generation and industry-led solution development.
- Maximise the commercial value of the AWS partnership by optimising funding, incentives, partner programmes and strategic investments.
- Lead the AWS capability development programme, building the skills, certifications and accreditations required to accelerate business growth and delivery excellence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate alliance risks, resolving issues swiftly to sustain performance and strengthen the long-term strategic partnership.

- Demonstrated success in cloud transformation, application modernisation, AI or managed services Go-To-Market initiatives.
