Responsibilities
- Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets of approximately £12‑15m per annum in consult sales while overseeing a similar target for managed revenue.
- Ensure sustained growth and profitability by managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
- Identify, pursue, and convert a pipeline of business development opportunities.
- Scope and negotiate fees on engagements, ensuring profitability, clarity, and risk containment.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Lead C‑level client interactions and deliver consulting initiatives, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and outputs.
- Enhance client satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and secure client references.
- Achieve individual and team utilisation targets.
- Lead the design of complex engagements and oversee delivery to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the client escalation point for delivery engagements where the Consult Partner maintains the CXO / Sponsor key relationship.

- Proven track record of selling, leading, and executing complex projects with multi‑disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate or public sector environments.
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Experience in managing or supporting high‑value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience, with a strong industry focus in Insurance.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and technology.
