About the opportunity

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all rooms and communal areas are clean, tidy, prepared, and presented to the highest standards set out by the departmental SOPs.
  • Ensuring trollies are restocked at the end of each shift and all cleaning equipment is stored in a tidy manner.
  • Delivering clean towelling to allocated rooms and maintaining clean linen rooms and trollies.
  • Ensuring that all residents and their families feel at home in a comfortable, cared-for, well-maintained and impeccable environment.

Requirements:

  • Having experience in a similar role.
  • Being a professional with a proven track record of delivering and maintaining standards at the highest level.
  • Having strong communication skills, a cooperative and polite manner with an eye for detail.
  • Having the ability to work under pressure, being flexible and consistent.
  • Being trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly, patient and continually striving for excellence.
  • Being a compassionate, empathetic, kind, and caring individual.
