Kyn has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Strategist to join an exciting and fast growing agency. You will be working with individuals who are respected in the retail tech landscape, helping to build, manage and grow the accounts. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge and experience of Account Based Marketing and similar enterprise-driven marketing strategies. The Marketing Strategist will bring this expertise to clients, taking projects from ideation to execution, including stakeholder engagement across clients' sales, customer, and marketing teams. This person will serve as a key partner to Kyn's account management team, facilitating proper account planning, campaign strategy, and marketing vision, so we can all do our best work. It is imperative that the candidate has a proven track record of delivering strong campaign performance, with the ability to implement tracking and provide reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategist for ABX (Account Based Experience) programmes within client packages, delivering campaign plans, alignment meetings with GTM teams, and account plans.
  • Act as a partner to our clients' senior stakeholders, from guidance on strategy to execution leveraging best-practices, frameworks and tools.
  • Provide campaign briefs into Account, Field, and Marketing Operations functions, while maintaining accountability for quality and delivery.
  • Responsible for overall performance of marketing campaigns, working closely with Marketing Operations to ensure an operating rhythm of performance reporting, optimization, and closed-loop feedback.
  • Analyse programme performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
  • Proactively consult customers on their needs and develop a solid understanding of their business, processes and competitive landscape.
  • Manage QBR process and seek new opportunities for client growth.
  • Support with new business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in ABX and marketing strategy to retain a competitive edge.

Requirements (Essential)

  • 5+ years' agency experience at Account Manager/ Account Director level, or in a Strategist position.
  • 3+ years' managing and executing Account Based Marketing (ABM) / Account Based Experience (ABX) campaigns, including account-specific 1:1 activations.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in meeting/exceeding customer requirements (results driven).
  • Solid experience in managing budgets, reporting, presenting, total ownership of accounts, project management.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills.

Requirements (Preferable)

  • Experience in the Retail Tech space.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, or other ABM tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams on account planning.
