La risorsa sarà affiancata e formata per supportare la gestione operativa dei campioni e delle spedizioni, collaborando con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali e contribuendo al corretto svolgimento delle attività di laboratorio.
- Principali responsabilità
- Registrazione e gestione del materiale in ingresso.
- Gestione del flusso dei campioni destinati alle analisi di laboratorio.
- Organizzazione e gestione delle spedizioni, principalmente di campioni per analisi.
- Supporto alle attività logistiche e amministrative correlate.
- Collaborazione costante con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali.
- Gestione delle priorità e delle urgenze provenienti dal laboratorio e dai clienti.
- Comunicazione con clienti e fornitori, prevalentemente internazionali.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Buone capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
- Attitudine al problem solving e gestione delle priorità
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale
- Proattività e spirito di iniziativa
Costituisce titolo preferenziale
