KYM PR Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and brand partners.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand announcements.
- Coordinate PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the luxury fashion and beauty market.
- Manage event PR—from launch parties to media previews—ensuring brand alignment at every touchpoint.
- Monitor media coverage, compile reports, and identify opportunities for increased exposure.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous PR experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Strong network of relevant media and influencer contacts is highly desirable.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
Benefits and Compensation
Annual base salary £28,000 – £42,000, dependent on experience.
Bonus Scheme: definite bonus twice a year.
Salary Review: June and December.
Formal office attire stipend: £800 per year.
Holidays: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Professional dress required at all times. Personal mobile phone use limited to lunch break. Snacking not permitted during working hours.
