About The Role
Own and drive endâtoâend enterprise sales cycles with large UK&I and multinational organizations. Build a strong seniorâlevel network, open and progress multiâstakeholder opportunities, and close highâvalue strategic deals.
What You\âll do
- Manage fullâcycle enterprise sales: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for large UKI enterprises and multinationals.
- Build and maintain a highâlevel network across HR, HSE, People & Culture, and Câsuite leaders; spend ~60% of time in the field at events, prospect visits, and inâperson meetings.
- Multiâthread opportunities across several senior stakeholders per account.
- Present Kyan Healthâs value proposition and solutions clearly to executive audiences.
- Provide structured market and customer insights to the VP, Sales.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management within HubSpot.
- Represent Kyan Health externally as a trusted expert in mental health and human performance.
Who We\âre Looking For
- 7â12 years in enterprise newâbusiness sales.
- Demonstrated success with large UKI and multinational accounts.
- Background in HR tech, wellbeing, SaaS, healthcare, or B2B consulting preferred.
- Experience in scaleâups or highâgrowth commercial environments.
- Bachelorâs degree preferred; MBA not required.
Hard Skills
- Strong experience selling to HR, HSE, People & Culture, and Câsuite stakeholders.
- Mastery of enterprise qualification frameworks (MEDDPIC or equivalent).
- Skilled in multiâthreading and senior stakeholder orchestration.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities.
- High CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred).
- Understanding of HR tech, wellbeing, mental health, EAP, or B2B SaaS environments.
Soft Skills
- High resilience in long sales cycles; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Executive presence with clear, concise communication.
- Relationshipâcentric mindset; able to gain trust and build longâterm partnerships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability to a fastâscaling environment.
