Overview
Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large UK&I and multinational organizations. Build a strong senior-level network, open and progress multi-stakeholder opportunities, and close high-value strategic deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for large UK&I enterprises and multinationals.
- Build and maintain a high-level network across HR, HSE, People & Culture, and C-suite leaders; spend ~60% of time in the field at events, prospect visits, and in-person meetings.
- Multi-thread opportunities across several senior stakeholders per account.
- Present Kyan Health's value proposition and solutions clearly to executive audiences.
- Provide structured market and customer insights to the VP, Sales.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management within HubSpot.
- Represent Kyan Health externally as a trusted expert in mental health and human performance.

Qualifications
- 7-12 years in enterprise new-business sales.
- Demonstrated success with large UK&I and multinational accounts.
- Background in HR tech, wellbeing, SaaS, healthcare, or B2B consulting preferred.
- Experience in scale-ups or high-growth commercial environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA not required.
Hard Skills
- Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals (£300k+ ACV or multi-phase deployments).
- Strong experience selling to HR, HSE, People & Culture, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Mastery of enterprise qualification frameworks (MEDDPIC or equivalent).
- Skilled in multi-threading and senior stakeholder orchestration.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities.
- High CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred).
- Understanding of HR tech, wellbeing, mental health, EAP, or B2B SaaS environments.
