An exciting opportunity to join a global experiential agency producing high-impact brand experiences, live events and immersive activations for leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. Based in London (3 days a week in the office, rest remote).
The Senior Producer will lead the production and execution of a wide range of projects including launch events, influencer experiences, fashion shows, pop-ups, consumer activations and brand-led events. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has strong experience delivering premium brand experiences from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead production across experiential activations from initial concept through to final delivery
- Manage production timelines, budgets and overall project delivery
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams
- Produce a wide range of experiential projects including brand launches, influencer events, fashion shows, pop-ups and consumer activations
- Oversee budget development and ongoing financial management, including post-event reconciliation
- Coordinate and attend internal and client-facing project meetings
- Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and production partners, negotiating costs and managing deliverables
- Manage all aspects of event production
- Support the creation of client presentations, creative decks and production documentation
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards
- Strong experience delivering experiential events, brand activations or live experiences
- A solid understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury brand environments
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Confident managing vendors, suppliers and production partners
- Strong communicator who works well with clients, creatives and production teams
- A strong awareness of the experiential and live events industry
- Detail-driven with a natural appreciation for design, production craft and brand storytelling
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with periods of intense production activity
