We’re partnering with a global event agency working across beauty, lifestyle and luxury, looking to hire a Senior Event Producer into their London team. This is a senior, production-led role within the brand experience function, responsible for delivering creative projects across both UK and international markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ideas are executed seamlessly, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of events and brand experience projects, from brief through to execution and post-event wrap
- Own and manage project budgets, timelines and overall delivery
- Oversee all production elements including fabrication, AV, venues, logistics and guest experience
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to bring concepts to life
- Manage and support junior producers and freelance resource
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and management
- Ensure projects are properly resourced and delivered efficiently
- Maintain high standards across quality control, risk management and health & safety
Experience & Skillset
- Proven experience within an agency environment delivering events and brand experiences
- Strong track record managing projects from concept through to completion
- Confident managing budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Experience working alongside creative teams to deliver ideas effectively
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Experience within beauty, lifestyle or luxury sectors is advantageous
