KXM Developments Ltd are a growing contractor based in Dundee with a solid pipeline of projects lined up across the Tayside region including Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perthshire.
We are continually looking to expand our existing dynamic team with highly skilled and experienced joiners.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for construction, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
As a Joiner at KXM, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects, ensuring that all meet our high standards of quality and safety. You must be hardworking, trustworthy and bring a positive attitude to your work.

Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Fabricate and assemble wooden structures according to specifications and drawings.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Ensure all work is plumb, level and square, adhering to industry standards.

Salary and benefits will be dependent on experience but are very competitive.
A driving license is essential.
We are looking to employ people directly on the books, but we are open to hearing from joiners who are reliable, trustworthy and would be prepared to commit to guaranteed periods of work.
