Essential Experience
- 6–12 months in sales or recruitment

Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify target accounts through research and outbound outreach
- Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting targets
- Develop strong knowledge of our product, use cases, and competitive positioning
