Overview Of The Role

KX is seeking a Tax Executive to join our Team on a Fixed Term Basis of 10-12 months. As a Tax Executive, you will be a key member of the KX Group tax team, supporting the management of global corporate and indirect tax matters. You will work closely with the Group Tax Team to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of tax compliance across the Group's global operations. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A collaborative team player with a positive, outgoing approach will flourish in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with corporate income tax compliance
  • Prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) and other indirect tax returns
  • Assist with transfer pricing (TP) calculations and documentation, including data gathering and implementation of TP policies and procedures
  • Manage miscellaneous tax tasks including wider tax filing calendars and timely tax payments across jurisdictions
  • Coordinate with finance colleagues to ensure all tax payments are made accurately and on time, including preparation of monthly tax account reconciliations
  • Manage office administrative matters including finance post, group mailboxes and liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisers on AP/tax matters
  • Perform detailed manual review of AP invoices and tax rates applied, identifying and resolving misclassifications
  • Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors to support the timely submission of tax filings
  • Support automation and process improvements to tax workflows

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) and/or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience in both direct and indirect taxation beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
