Overview Of The Role
KX is hiring a Global Payroll Executive. The successful Global Payroll Executive will play an integral role within the payroll team, preparing and reviewing our internal payrolls for all geographies in which KX has a presence. This will include building relationships and being a point of contact for queries. The payroll function focuses on colleague experience, governance and compliance. This role will report to the Payroll Manager. You will also have a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge within payroll, tax, and global mobility, as well as international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational administration of a multi-jurisdictional payroll function across a range of live payroll functions
- Operational administration of Payroll mailbox and JIRA request management
- Ongoing assistance and support to ensure the timely submissions of all payroll tax filings and payments
- Liaising with and managing payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Liaising with global tax authorities as and when required
- Become the SME and day to day contact for payrolls in APAC and NAM regions in particular
- Assist and support with the firm’s Global mobility policies
Skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Technical analysis abilities and working knowledge of payroll data
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to competing demands
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
- Strong working experience of using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- 3-5 years experience of working in a global payroll function
