We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.

- Core Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health history and physical evaluations, to determine appropriate massage therapy treatments.
- Perform a variety of massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage, to address musculoskeletal issues and enhance overall health.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
- Educate patients on postural awareness, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Uphold professional ethics and standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining treatment areas.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid license to practice massage therapy in Ontario, issued by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Completion of an accredited massage therapy program from a recognized institution.
- Good standing with the CMTO, including compliance with continuing education requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
