KX Yorkville is seeking an experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioner / Osteopath to join our integrated health team. We are a premium health facility in Yorkville offering Exercise Coaching, Physical Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Muscle Activation Techniques, IV Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Functional Blood Testing, and nutrition/lifestyle support. Our approach is collaborative, client-centred, and focused on helping clients improve function, mobility, recovery, performance, and long-term health.

We are looking for an osteopath who is confident, professional, hands-on, and interested in working within an integrated model of care. European or internationally trained applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly candidates with comprehensive osteopathic education, strong anatomy and biomechanics training, supervised clinical experience, and a hands-on, whole-body treatment approach.

As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at KX Yorkville, you will provide high-quality osteopathic assessment and manual treatment to clients seeking support with pain, posture, mobility, recovery, performance, injury prevention, and overall function. You will work closely with our Exercise Coaches, Manual Therapists, Nutrition team, and Client Care team to support a seamless client experience. Many clients are part of our 12 Week Program, meaning your treatment notes, recommendations, and clinical insights may help inform their training program and broader care plan. This role is best suited for someone who values both independent clinical practice and collaboration within a premium, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide osteopathic assessment and hands-on manual treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals, assessment findings, and clinical reasoning.
  • Support clients with concerns related to mobility, posture, pain, injury recovery, performance, stress, and general health.
  • Apply a whole-body approach to care, considering how posture, movement, breathing mechanics, tension patterns, and lifestyle factors may contribute to client presentation.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about findings, treatment goals, recommended frequency of care, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation.
  • Collaborate with KX Exercise Coaches and other practitioners on treatment plan execution.
  • Contribute to an integrated client care experience across exercise, therapy, and recovery services.
  • Uphold KX standards for professionalism, cleanliness, punctuality, communication, and client care.
  • Support client retention and administration through appointment booking, education follow-up, invoicing, and thoughtful treatment planning.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, warm, professional, and aligned with a premium client experience. You should be comfortable working independently while also being open to collaboration with a broader team. We are especially interested in candidates who have:

  • European, international, or comprehensive osteopathic manual therapy training.
  • Strong anatomical, biomechanical, and clinical assessment skills.
  • Experience treating musculoskeletal concerns, postural dysfunction, chronic pain, sports-related issues, and recovery needs.
  • A hands-on, whole-body treatment approach.
  • Strong palpation, assessment, and manual therapy skills.
  • Excellent communication and client education skills.
  • The ability to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently.
  • A desire to work in a high-performance, health, and lifestyle-focused environment.
  • Strong documentation habits and respect for interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • A professional, polished, and client-centred approach.
Requirements
  • Completion of an osteopathic manual therapy program or equivalent osteopathic training.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Active registration or membership with a recognized osteopathic association, where applicable.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Availability for both part-time and full-time clinical hours, with opportunity to grow based on demand.
Perks and Benefits
  • A premium Yorkville facility with an established, health-conscious client base.
  • A professional, high-end treatment environment designed to support an elevated client experience.
  • Integration with Exercise Coaching, FST, MAT, HBOT, IV Therapy, Functional Blood Testing, and nutrition/lifestyle services.
  • Opportunity to work with motivated clients who are proactive about their health, performance, recovery, and longevity.
  • Performance-based compensation growth based on clinical experience, schedule commitment, client demand, client retention, documentation standards, and contribution to the integrated KX care model.
  • Support from our Client Care and operations teams, including booking, client communication, and administrative support.
  • Growth opportunity as our therapy department continues to expand.
  • A collaborative team culture focused on client outcomes, service excellence, and long-term care.
How to Apply

This role is best suited for an osteopath who wants to be part of a modern, integrated health facility — not a traditional isolated treatment room model. If you are a motivated, client-focused professional with a passion for health and wellness, we'd love to hear from you.
