KWS UK Ltd. is seeking a CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Thriplow.

In this full-time role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our customer journey strategy and optimising our CRM systems to support marketing and sales excellence.

As our CRM & Commercial Analytics Specialist, you will: Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring a consistent and smooth experience across all touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to assess and enhance customer interactions across channels and platforms.

Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through all marketing activities.

Act as the Salesforce expert for KWS UK, promoting system adoption and best practices across internal teams.

Optimise the CRM system (Salesforce) in alignment with marketing and sales requirements.

Provide hands-on support to internal teams for efficient CRM usage.

Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data governance standards.

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional with: Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM.

Proven expertise in Salesforce (essential).

Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.

Experience in project management and campaign execution.

UK-based and available to work from our Thriplow office at least three days per week.
