This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for an Experienced Litigation Solicitor. Responsibilities include:
- Independently managing litigation matters across a range of legal areas
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Collaborating with other departments to offer integrated legal solutions
- Maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Litigation and Law, with a track record of handling complex disputes
- Knowledge and experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to handle employment-related disputes
- Experience in Family Law and an understanding of issues relating to divorce, custody, and related matters
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
