This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for an Experienced Litigation Solicitor. Responsibilities include:

  • Independently managing litigation matters across a range of legal areas
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients
  • Conducting legal research
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents
  • Representing clients in court proceedings
  • Collaborating with other departments to offer integrated legal solutions
  • Maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Litigation and Law, with a track record of handling complex disputes
  • Knowledge and experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate transactions
  • Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to handle employment-related disputes
  • Experience in Family Law and an understanding of issues relating to divorce, custody, and related matters
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of [X] years of post-qualification experience
