Job description Carry out field activities including cultivation, drilling, spraying, pest control, and harvesting using precision trial and farm machinery. Support crop production for trials, breeding nurseries, and seed production. Work across a diverse range of crops within the Multi-Crop station. Assist both Field Operations and Trial Operations teams. Maintain, inspect, and repair vehicles and agricultural machinery. Record field activities and observations using KWS IT systems. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and operational plans. Adhere to all KWS Health
