Salary – £23,690 pa, Hours – Monday to Friday 8-4pm

  • To be responsible for the upkeep of all vehicle records in both paper and electronic format, To be responsible for all the day-to-day administrative duties within the Fleet department and providing general administrative support to all members of the team. To be responsible for owning the general emails and phone calls directed at the Fleet function. To be fundamental in developing the companies working culture, its reputation and values.

  • Maintaining vehicle records on CRM and completion, and subsequent filing of paperwork

  • Maintaining CRM departures database, ensuring relevant departments are informed where appropriate

  • Raise purchase orders on Sage for vehicle related expenditure

  • Dealing with general e mails and telephone queri

  • Process insurance claims through the internal systems and liaise with the nominated insurance Company

  • Processing of vehicle related fines and charges on-line, creation of event on CRM and subsequent re-charge claim processing

  • Liaises with suppliers to organise the repair and/or maintenance and servicing of vehicles national

  • Liaises with suppliers to organise vehicle swaps, repairs and raising associated orders. Liaises with both office and field-based operatives on all vehicle related matters Completion and recording of Notice of Intended Prosecution forms from national police forces

  • Liaises with the relevant authorities and operatives to settle fines and other vehicle related charges.

  • Assessing damage from vehicle paperwork to ensure correct reallocation of charges· Proficient in IT skills, Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Confident communicator, face to face and dealing with telephone queries

  • A solid team player

  • Have a flexible approach to work and have the ability to be pro-act, * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
