Every team needs its go-to person who tackles the problems that leave everyone else scratching their heads. That’s our Master Technician – the most senior tech at our centres. Always on-hand to provide leadership and guidance, and solve the problems that conventional wisdom can’t.
Skills & experience
• At least 3 years’ current experience in a Diagnostic or Master Technician role • Advanced diagnostic skills with mechanical and electronic faults • Expert understanding of all core vehicle systems • The ability to explain complex faults to customers • Initiative and sense of responsibility
Key accountabilities
You’ll improve understanding throughout the team by passing on your expertise. You’ll also be rolling your sleeves up to help your teammates. A major player at our centre, you’ll also be delivering customer service that makes us community heroes.
