Work with us The role itself entails authorising tyre requests made by our Kwik-Fit centres and third party providers for our fleet customers. We will provide you with extensive training, helping you to gain the knowledge needed for this role. Additional Information Part time contract available - 29.5 hours over 5 days Monday 9.30am until 6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday 12pm until 6pm, Thursday 12.30pm until 6pm and Sunday 12pm until 4pm Training will be completed onsite, side by side Hybrid working once training has been successfully completed The Day to Day No two days are the same at Kwik Fit - Achieving key maximum performance results measured on telephone statistics, speed and accuracy. Ability to handle complex queries and challenging customer scenarios. An ability to learn new systems and processes. Excellent communication and relationship skills.
