As a trusted technical specialist, you will: Support Centres in the Field.
Respond to urgent and planned technical callouts.
Deliver on-site diagnosis, repair and validation including road testing.
Provide rectification backup to support customer experience if things go wrong.
Collaborate closely with centre teams to prioritise and resolve issues Coach & Develop Others.
Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians across the network.
Build confidence and technical capability within centre teams.
Support technical investigations and customer queries with clear insights Shape Continuous Improvement.
Share insights on emerging faults and trends.
Contribute to technical bulletins and training materials.
Act as a key link between field experience and internal teams Lead Technical Excellence.
Carry out advanced diagnostics across mechanical and electrical systems.
Resolve complex, intermittent, and misdiagnosed faults with precision.
Perform major repairs including engine, transmission, and high-voltage systems Champion EV & Hybrid Safety.
Apply high-voltage isolation procedures confidently.
Replace and repair EV components (inverters, compressors, etc. ) Maintain full compliance with EV safety protocols.
