Our technical training team and Operational team will fill in the blanks so that, even if this is your first rodeo in the automotive sector, youll be up to speed in no time.
The Day to Day We want to hear from experienced supervisors/managers from any industry who learn fast and are ready for a new challenge.
You will be able to: Manage workflows Instil customer focus in the team Coach employees Drive sales and turnover Who we're looking for Tyre fitting, services, repairs and MOTs are the order of the day in our centres.
As Centre Manager, youll ensure we deliver all of it to industry leading standards.
Youll keep our customers safe on the road and have them walking out of the door with smiles on their faces.
Youll also share your customer service expertise with the team, supporting them so that they can help you build a customer community around the centre.
