Reporting to the Field Technical Training Manager, the Field Technical Trainer has a key role within retail delivering training that meets the needs of the operation both now and in the future. The role is responsible for the delivery of elements of core technical training to operational teams to ensure a healthy, capable, progressive and sustainable working environment.
