The Day to Day
You’ll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road. You’ll support the customer through the process—updating them with progress, any work that needs doing and, where necessary, why their car failed. It’s all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you’ll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence. You’ll also be able to reassure customers that they’re in safe hands and build rapport so that they choose us for their MOT every year. And if there’s work to be done around the Centre, you’ll always be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
