Overview
We are looking for an MOT Tester with MOT Testing experience to join us as a Floating MOT Tester. You will carry out MOT Testing at a range of centres in the local area and support local centres as needed.
This role offers an OTE of £33,000-£38,000 inclusive of basic salary and bonus.
Day to Day
You will deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road. You will support the customer through the process, updating them with progress, any work that needs doing, and, where necessary, why their car failed. It’s about building lifelong customer relationships, in addition to the technical aspects of your role.
Who We’re Looking For
- Valid MOT licence and driving licence.
- You will be able to reassure customers that they’re in safe hands and build rapport so that they choose us for their MOT every year.
- Willing to pitch in with colleagues around the Centre when you have a spare moment.
