We’re looking for a customer service expert who we can train to manage a busy auto centre. It doesn’t matter if you can’t change a tyre—what counts is that you know how retail management works and can get the best out of the team. Our technical training team and Operational team will fill in the blanks so that, even if this is your first rodeo in the automotive sector, you’ll be up to speed in no time.
Tyre fitting, services, repairs and MOTs are the order of the day in our centres. As Centre Manager, you’ll ensure we deliver all of it to industry leading standards. You’ll keep our customers safe on the road and have them walking out of the door with smiles on their faces. You’ll also share your customer service expertise with the team, supporting them so that they can help you build a customer community around the centre.
