Bike Repair Collections & Logistics Lead

Reporting to the Bike Repair Operations Support Manager the Bike Repair Collections & Logistics Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating our collection and delivery network across London, managing a small team of drivers, and acting as an escalation point for operational issues.

At the same time, you will regularly undertake collections and deliveries yourself, helping maintain operational resilience through a hands-on approach within the organisation.

This is a hybrid operational and team lead position that combines route planning, logistics management and hands-on driving responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic problem-solving and being actively involved in the operation, someone who thrives working independently whilst also enjoys customers interaction and understands the value and importance of customer's bikes.

• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience driving a LWB Van.
• Previous experience in logistics, transport planning, field operations or delivery management.
• Experience managing or supervising people.
• Strong route planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and confidence working under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using technology including Microsoft Office, operational systems and communication platforms.
• 30 mins commuting distance to either our Fettle Finsbury Park or Streatham sites. (Desirable)
• Passion for cycling with strong credibility when engaging customers and operational teams.
• Experience using route optimisation or logistics planning software.
• Knowledge of London's road network.
