We’re hiring a Junior Product Designer at kwiff! Are you a Product Designer who thrives on solving complex UX puzzles? The betting industry is packed with dense data, high-stakes interactions, and heavy logic. Your role & responsibilities:

  • Design for Freedom: Create clean, intuitive interfaces that empower users to explore limitless betting combinations across players, markets, and sports. Complex features should feel simple, fast, and easy to use.
  • Seamless User Experiences: Design with a mobile-first mindset, simplifying every step of the user journey, from one-tap bets to smart suggestions, while removing friction and maximising engagement.
  • Boost Betting Engagement: Turn complex selections into a rewarded experience through gamification. You will use behavioral design to gently guide users toward higher-value interactions, making it easy and exciting to build custom combinations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and stakeholders to turn bold ideas into scalable, high-quality design solutions that maintain technical feasibility.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct research and usability testing to ensure your designs hit the mark for both users and the business.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with design trends, UX best practices, and new tech that can give us an edge in delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Craft Polished UI & Interactions: Deliver crisp, pixel-perfect interfaces. You don't just care about how it works; you care about how it feels, using micro-interactions to bring surprise and delight to the betting experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience designing mobile apps, ideally in gaming, betting, or complex digital products.
  • Strong Portfolio: A track record of mobile-first UI/UX work that proves your foundation in visual design, typography, and rich user flows.
  • Tool‑Savvy & User‑Focused: Highly proficient in Figma, with a deep understanding of user‑centred design principles.
  • Goal‑Driven: You know how to balance beautiful, user‑friendly design with concrete business outcomes and user behaviour.
  • Collaborative: You work seamlessly with others and know how to clearly communicate your design thinking to product and tech teams.
  • The "Extra Spark" (Bonus): Experience with motion design or prototyping micro-interactions (in Figma, Protopie, etc.) is a huge plus. We love designers who can make a digital product feel alive.
