About the role
The Campaign Executive supports the Head of Brand and Digital Marketing in delivering high-impact paid campaigns and partnership activations. This role plays a key part in campaign coordination, content delivery and cross-team execution, ensuring all marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand, and optimised for performance.
Responsibilities
- Media & Sponsorship Delivery
- Manage media bookings across campaigns and partnerships, ensuring accurate setup and timely delivery.
- Creative & Campaign Development
- Support in the planning and execution of ATL campaigns and partnership activations.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of brand and tactical campaigns, ensuring timelines, assets and stakeholders are aligned.
- Brand Performance & Optimisation
- Deliver the marketing roadmap, tracking progress and ensuring campaigns launch on time and to plan.
- Manage monthly brand tracking surveys to players. Apply insights from this research to inform creative development and support structured A/B testing.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding campaign learnings back into future planning and execution.
- Organic Social Content Management
- Manage day-to-day delivery of organic social media content plan, ensuring consistent brand tone, timely publishing and alignment with campaign priorities.
- Liaise with sports experts across the business to source insights, trends and moments that inform compelling sports-led content.
- Work closely with the Sports Specialists to translate insights into engaging, relevant social content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider Brand Team and Digital Marketing Acquisition team to align brand building with performance activity.
- Partner with the CRM and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Performance & Measurement
- With the support of Head of Brand, partner with Data teams to use insights to refine creative, media strategy and guide future investment decisions and prove brand contribution to overall company growth.
Skills and experience
- 2+ years experience in brand marketing and/or organic social media ideally within a high-growth environment such as gaming, sports, entertainment or regulated industry.
- Experience supporting campaign delivery or content with a clear understanding of executional excellence.
- Creative eye with excellent judgement on brand, design, tone and execution.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience in buying media (VOD, OOH, radio, Influence) and/or experience managing agencies across creative, media and production.
