Company Description Kweve is building an AI‑powered revenue team that integrates directly with founders' existing sales, marketing, and operations tools.
Instead of a single assistant, Kweve provides a coordinated team led by Noble, an AI chief of staff who delegates work to role‑based specialists who learn each customer’s business.
This team manages pipeline, content creation, customer renewals, research, and outreach from a unified conversation interface.
All external actions are held for founder approval, ensuring control over customer communications and business decisions.
The product is built, and the waitlist is open.
Role Description The Co‑Founder (Commercial) will lead Kweve's go‑to‑market strategy, owning sales, marketing, and customer‑facing operations.
The role is UK or EU‑based and flexible: Manchester preferred; remote work, with regular in‑person time together.
This role involves identifying and closing early customers, developing commercial propositions, and refining pricing and packaging in response to market feedback.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include building and managing a revenue pipeline, shaping marketing narratives and campaigns, and conducting market and customer research to inform product direction.
The Co‑Founder will work directly with the technical founder to align commercial priorities with product capabilities and ensure that Kweve's AI revenue team delivers measurable value.
This position also includes establishing key partnerships, representing Kweve at events and meetings, and building the foundations of the commercial team.
Compensation This is a founding seat, not a salaried position.
Compensation is meaningful equity, negotiated openly, with salary following once the company raises or reaches sustainable revenue.
We are honest about the stage: early, live, and moving.
Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and revenue performance.
Excellent communication skills for clear storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and customer engagement.
Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing B2B opportunities.
Marketing skills in positioning, messaging, and campaign execution for early‑stage products.
Research skills to explore customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging commercial opportunities.
Experience in founder‑level or early‑stage startup roles, ideally in Saa S, AI, or revenue operations.
Ability to work on‑site in Manchester and collaborate closely with co‑founders and early team members.
Comfort with ambiguity, ownership of commercial outcomes, and a data‑informed decision‑making approach.
Background in business, economics, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Based in the UK or EU, with Manchester preferred but not required; able to travel and meet in person regularly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
