We are excited to be launching KWEEN - a digital-first fashion, beauty, and lifestyle publication with a growing and engaged audience of over 30,000 women. To support our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Freelance Media Sales & Advertising Executive to build and expand our advertising partnerships.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage relationships with brands, PR agencies, and media buyers.
  • Pitch and sell bespoke advertising solutions, from sponsored content to digital display and brand collaborations (media kits and sales collateral provided).
  • Drive new business within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
  • Manage the sales cycle independently and report on performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or brand partnerships.
  • Existing contacts or strong network in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working on commission.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
