Warehouse Administrative Support (Night Shift Team) – Kwan Yick UK Ltd. We are pleased to announce that a fantastic job role has become available for a highly motivated individual to join the Night Shift Warehouse Team at Kwan Yick UK Ltd. on a three month fixed-term contract.
Who are Kwan Yick? Offering the highest quality brands, we are one of the largest suppliers of Oriental foods, sauces and packaging materials to the Chinese catering, wholesale and retail markets in the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previously worked in an administrative job role, preferably in a warehouse environment and in a job role that requires data entry.
- It would also be beneficial for the candidate to have had some experience working with SAP S4 HANA.
- Be able to work on their own initiative.
- Be a positive thinker who is able to solve problems quickly.
- Be confident in their own decision-making.
- Be confident communicating with various departments across the Company.
- Be motivated, professional and organised.
- Be confident working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, busy working environment.

Please note, this job role is offered on a fixed-term basis of three months. The weekly working hours are 32 per week (Monday to Thursday, 18:00 PM – 02:00 AM). The work location for this job role is in-person and the successful candidate will be required to reliably commute to the Kwan Yick site in Newport, South Wales.
