Please note, this is a stand-alone HR Generalist job role therefore, it’s essential that the successful candidate is confident in their ability to take responsibility for the success of the HR department and is also confident in their ability to manage all HR queries across the Company, in line with current legislation and company policies.
The successful candidate will
- Have at least 4 years’ experience working in a HR job role – preferably as either a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5.
- Have extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law.
- Be confident in their ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism with various departments across the Company.
