Kwalee is offering an internship for a Playable Ads Level Designer, where you will design and build engaging, high‑converting playable ad experiences that showcase the core mechanics of our mobile titles. By collaborating closely with the UA, Creative, and Development teams, you will bridge the gap between marketing concepts and technical implementation to accelerate our internal ad creation and maximise install conversions.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement short, engaging gameplay levels specifically for playable advertisements.
- Collaborate with UA and Creative teams to understand campaign goals, creative concepts, and performance requirements.
- Work with developers to implement playable ad mechanics, level structures, and gameplay interactions.
- Test and iterate on playable ad levels to improve engagement, completion rate, and install conversion.
- Analyse performance feedback from UA campaigns and adjust level design accordingly.
- Ensure playable ads clearly communicate the core gameplay mechanics and unique selling points of our games.
- Help prototype and test new playable ad formats and gameplay concepts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in playable advertising and mobile game design.
- Support the team in maintaining a structured pipeline of playable ad concepts and level variations for testing.
- Be currently studying or have previously studied a relevant degree.
