Kwalee\’s Mobile Development team are looking for a talented Producer to help create & deliver fun, innovative and commercially successful mobile games.
The Producer will lead the assigned development teams and contribute to all aspects of game development, whilst working with other members of the team to maximise the commercial success of our games and Kwalee.
This role is based on-site 5 days per week at our Leamington Spa studio.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer to strategise, plan, and execute the full game development lifecycle and release roadmap.
- Manage the JIRA database of tasks for your projects, ensuring that all team members have a clear and convenient dashboard and are addressing the highest priorities at any given time
- Own Configuration Deployment and live settings when releasing games & updates
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Analytics, and Core Tech teams to ensure strict adherence to release schedules and milestones.
- Monitor daily development progress by validating builds against design documentation and providing immediate, actionable feedback to the team.
- Foster a high-performance culture and positive team morale while maintaining meticulous project tracking and workflow organisation via JIRA.
- Oversee release stability and quality assurance, assuming full ownership of binary integrity, server configuration updates, and live operations management.
- Conduct regular performance assessments to optimise team productivity and identify areas for professional development.
- Facilitate transparency with the Executive Producer by generating comprehensive reports on project status, critical risks, and shifting priorities.
- Optimise operational efficiency by researching and implementing emerging project management technologies and industry methodologies.
- Maintain open communication channels with leadership regarding operational challenges and strategic alignment.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience working as a Producer or Project Manager within mobile game development, with responsibility across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of game production processes, from planning and development through to release and live operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, maintaining delivery focus while supporting a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Confident managing priorities, dependencies, and workflows using JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Hands-on experience with release management, live settings, configuration deployment, and maintaining build stability and quality.
- Ability to work closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Technical teams to ensure alignment against milestones and release schedules.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, adapt plans and keep projects on track.
- Clear and effective communicator, comfortable providing concise status updates and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to improving team efficiency through process refinement and adoption of best practices
