As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our IT Support team.
The Junior IT Support Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications, as well as monitoring and maintaining our IT systems and networks. You will work closely with the IT Support Manager, other IT team members, and end users across the company. Together, you will ensure smooth, efficient, and secure IT operations to support our teams.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Deliver onsite and remote IT support, escalating issues when necessary
- Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support and maintain cloud-based MDM environments (Microsoft and Apple)
- Create clear and accurate IT documentation
- Assist with the rollout, testing, and evaluation of new applications and technology
- Manage user accounts and profiles, including onboarding and off-boarding
- Respond promptly to Helpdesk tickets and requests
Requirements:
- Some experience or strong interest in IT support roles
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Familiarity with common software applications and basic hardware components
- Awareness of cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace) a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
- Based in our office in Leamington Spa with 5 days per week on site.
