As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an additional Senior Game Scout to join our PC & Console publishing team in our office in Leamington Spa, working onsite 5 days per week alongside both national & international travel.
As a Senior Game Scout, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing potential hit games for our PC & Console division. You will collaborate to forge and sustain trusted partnerships with game developers, all while driving corporate profitability and growth.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of games, research insights, and industry experience to identify high-quality PC & Console games for potential publication.
- Evaluate and analyse sourced or submitted games, supporting our internal due diligence process.
- Lead and manage Publishing Scouts and Publishing Evangelists.
- Establish, build, and maintain a wide network of developer contacts to foster strong industry relationships.
- Present key publishing insights to the Head of PC and Console Publishing as necessary.
- Play our games and research competitor products to understand what drives success in the PC & Console market.
At least 3+ years of experience or equivalent in Video Game Scouting, Business Development or equivalent. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM Management and Networking skills (specific tools/software). An understanding of the legal framework in the industry and what a win/win scenario looks like. International travel to games industry events will be required. Based in our Leamington Spa office, working 5 days per week on-site when you are not traveling both nationally & internationally for work.
