Role Description
The Chef De Partie will work full time on-site in Southampton, supporting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality street food for events and daily operations.
Responsibilities include managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation, and following recipes and brand standards.
The role involves maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, organizing mise en place, and assisting with stock control and waste reduction.
The Chef De Partie will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and wider team, help train junior staff, and contribute to menu improvement and service efficiency.
This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed.
