K&W Healthcare Limited is seeking an Experienced General Practice Nurse to join across West PCN designated GP practices. The role is self-employed with an hourly rate of £20–£30 and up to 37.5 hours per week, based on practice requirements.
The nurse will provide patient-centred care, contribute to prevention and long-term condition management, and collaborate with GPs and the wider practice team while maintaining NMC registration.
