Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Restaurant & Catering Chef, located in Penarth or surrounds. The role will comprise some in house restaurant hours, a la carte menu and Sunday Lunch, with the flexibility to work off site building the catering and function brand.

The Restaurant & Catering Chef will be responsible for day-to-day culinary operations within the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and food service. The Chef will help oversee menu planning, culinary management, ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and manage any other kitchen staff. Additionally, the Chef will collaborate with the General Manager & Owner to ensure a high-quality catering service for various events.
