Wir suchen ab sofort einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) in der strategischen Personalentwicklung im Bereich der kaufmännischen und technischen Berufsausbildung. Wenn Du auf der Suche nach einem spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Praktikum für mindestens 6 Monate bist, bei dem Du dich auch mit deinen eigenen Ideen einbringen kannst, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt das operative Tagesgeschäft in der Auszubildendenbetreuung und bist direkter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Auszubildenden und Schülerpraktikanten (m/w/d) sowie die Ausbildungsbeauftragten und die Ausbildungsleitung.
- Du begleitest den Recruitingprozess unserer Auszubildenden und Schülerpraktikanten (m/w/d) - von der Akquise über die Vertragsgestaltung bis hin zur Einstellung.
- Du wirkst bei unseren internen Seminaren und Workshops mit - ob online oder in Präsenz.
- Du begleitest aktuelle Ausbildungsprojekte und interne Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen im Rahmen der Ausbildung.
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Ausbildern (m/w/d) und der Ausbildungsleitung innovative Ausbildungskonzepte.
Dein Profil
- Du studierst aktuell an einer (Fach-)Hochschule / Universität und möchtest im Rahmen deines Studiums ein Praktikum für mindestens 6 Monate absolvieren.
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine besondere Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit den Auszubildenden.
