The Role

  • Full-Time House Coordinator. Full-time, permanent | 37.5 hours per week | £31,122 per annum.
  • Overall responsibility for the household, ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for residents.
  • Lead, supervise, and support residential staff and volunteers, including appraisals, training, rotas, and development.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, medication management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage household and resident finances in line with policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, guardians, social workers, and internal teams.
  • Participate in shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, while balancing administrative and compliance responsibilities.
  • Promote Camphill Home Making, creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy meaningful daily routines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in learning disability care.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Relevant qualification (SVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this.
  • SSSC registration.
  • PVG membership.
  • Full manual driving licence.
