We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Office Coordinator to join our busy office team. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, previous experience within a manufacturing environment, and the confidence to communicate with customers, suppliers and production staff. Technical knowledge of the rubber roller industry would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers regarding lead times and deliveries
  • Coordinating work with the production department
  • Purchasing materials and managing supplier relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records using Sage 50 and Microsoft Office
  • Producing delivery notes, invoices and manufacturing paperwork
  • Providing general office administration and customer support
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the manufacturing office

  • Previous office experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using Sage 50 (or similar accounts/order processing software)
