The Role
Kuwait Finance House PLC is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join its People Team in London. This role supports the HR Operations Manager in delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
The role is part of a small team where a hands‑on, flexible approach is key to achieving excellent people services.
Job Title: Senior HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR support and advice to employees and managers
- Administer employee benefits and support payroll processes
- Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities
- Handle employee relations casework and elevate complex issues
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with employment law and regulatory standards
- Champion a culture of fairness, inclusion, and wellbeing
Key Skills & Experience:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience
- Proven experience in HR Officer/Advisor role within financial services - ideally around 5 years
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proficient in HR systems and data handling
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Benefits and/or payroll administration experience
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Exposure to strategic HR initiatives and change management
