The Role

Kuwait Finance House PLC is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join its People Team in London. This role supports the HR Operations Manager in delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

The role is part of a small team where a hands‑on, flexible approach is key to achieving excellent people services.

Job Title: Senior HR Officer

Location: London, UK

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line HR support and advice to employees and managers
  • Administer employee benefits and support payroll processes
  • Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities
  • Handle employee relations casework and elevate complex issues
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and process improvements
  • Maintain compliance with employment law and regulatory standards
  • Champion a culture of fairness, inclusion, and wellbeing

Key Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience
  • Proven experience in HR Officer/Advisor role within financial services - ideally around 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Proficient in HR systems and data handling
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Benefits and/or payroll administration experience
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Exposure to strategic HR initiatives and change management
