Graduate – Operations & Business Development
MD at Kuwa | Head of Operations at Ingeni
Location: Headquartered in Maidenhead, but position is Remote (ideally, need to be based within 20 miles)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: 25 th August, 2025
Salary: £27,500 (Rising to £29,500 after probation)
Benefits: £100 / month contribution towards personal wellness, (ex. private medical insurance, gym membership etc.), flexible working hours.

Role Overview
You\’ll work with a group of startup companies in the technology sector, gaining hands-on experience across core business operations and commercial growth. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of businesses — ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage core business activities including invoicing, budgeting, expense tracking, scheduling, internal reporting, and contract drafting and review to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- People & Culture: Help coordinate onboarding, track team performance, and support a positive and productive work environment. Assist in attracting, retaining, and developing team members to foster a strong, high-performing culture.
- Business Development: Conduct market research, develop business cases for new opportunities, and create company presentations and other client-facing materials.
- Organisational Development: Support the execution of strategic initiatives and improve internal processes using tools like AI to help the organisation scale efficiently and deliver on leadership’s goals.
- Digital Transformation: Research, evaluate, and help integrate new digital technologies and platforms to improve operational effectiveness and team productivity.
What We’re Looking For
